a mouth with the tongue out with a heart shaped item on it.
[view source]Cultural Context
A heart shape resting on the tongue combines the mouth-as-display motif with the universal symbol of love and affection. Like the acid tongue, this expression uses the tongue as a platform for symbolic objects, but replaces the psychedelic with the romantic — wearing your heart quite literally on your tongue.
